Construction begins at 138 Forward Ave., Ottawa, ON

On April 10, 2025, the general partners of CreaValor Inc. visited 138 Forward Ave. in Ottawa to witness the start of construction alongside their partners at In Harmony Developments.

The work began with the demolition of the old house on the lot, followed by excavation to make way for the new 18-unit building.

In the coming weeks, the demolition of the houses located at 1108 Maisonneuve St., 1136 Gabriel St., and 1132 St-Pierre St. in Orléans will begin.

The construction is expected to be completed by early 2026.
