These assets, strategically located in the Ottawa, Orleans, Chelsea and Casselman regions, enrich the development portfolio of In Harmony Developments as well as the sector investment portfolio of CreaValor Inc.

Operationally, the fundraising associated with this portfolio is planned for the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027 .
