A large-scale real estate structure


The Heritage Fund III is structured around a real estate complex of 14 buildings , comprising a total of more than 300 housing units and commercial spaces .


These assets, strategically located in the Ottawa, Orleans and Chelsea regions, enrich the development portfolio of In Harmony Developments as well as the sector investment portfolio of CreaValor Inc.


Operationally, the fundraising associated with this portfolio is planned for the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027 .

478-482 route 105, Chelsea, QC

Structure: This real estate development is planned in 2 distinct phases and will include a set of 10 buildings, for a total of 200 units including 10,000 sqft of commercial spaces.


Geographic context: Located less than 20 minutes by car from the National Capital Region, this location combines urban proximity with immediate access to natural spaces and outdoor activities in Gatineau Park.

Transportation and accessibility: The site is less than a 10-minute walk from Place d'Orléans, allowing you to reach downtown Ottawa in approximately 30 minutes via the light rail network (LRT).
